【摘要】:1.1MainpurposesThemainpurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistosupportthesafetransferofthemajorityofhierarchicalhealthcareclassificationsystemsbetweenorganisationsanddissimilarsoftwareproducts.Itisintendedtoserveasthecorerepresentation,fromwhichallpublicationformscanbederived.TheStandardshallthereforebeindepthenoughtouniquelyidentifyanddescribethestructureandtherelevantelementsinthosesystems.ThisStandarddoesnotintendtoprescribethemeaningofstructuringelementsinclassificationsystems.ThisStandardisnotmeanttobeadirectformatforprintingorviewingthecontentsofaclassificationsystem.Viewsandprintsshallbederivedfromthisrepresentationbypostprocessing.1.2TargetgroupsofthisEuropeanStandardThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableto:a)developersoffirstandsecondgeneration[2]classificationsystemsandterminologies,toassistintheconstruction,maintenanceandpublication(bothinpaperandelectronicformats)ofaparticularsystem;b)developersofinformationsystemstoassistintheinclusionofmechanismsforunambiguousloadingofclassificationsystemsintheirapplications;c)organisationsresponsibleforupdatingclassificationsystems;d)institutionsreceivingupdatedclassificationsystems.1.3TopicsconsideredoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandardThisEuropeanStandardisnotintendedto:a)provideanormativesyntaxonhowaclassificationsystemshallbeconstructed;b)definelinktypesbetweenelementsinaclassificationsystem;thisislefttothedevelopersofclassificationsystems;c)providearepresentationfordirectviewingorprinting.
