【摘要】:1.1Thisdocumentspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofsaladdryerstakingaccountofinstallation,cleaning,removalofjammedfood,feeding,maintenanceanddecommissioning.Thespinningfunctionisobtainedbytherotationofaperforatedbasketinwhichtheproductbeingprocessedisplaced.Itappliestomachines:?whichareintendedforuseinthecommercialandinstitutionalcateringindustry;?havingarotationspeedbetween300rpmand900rpm;?havinganominaloutputbelow2kW;?havinganominalvolumeofthebasketlessthan100l.Thesemachinescanbestationaryormovable.Themachinesconcernedbythisdocumentarethoseapplianceswhichareintendedforeliminatingbyspinningthewaterpresentonsaladafterwashing.Thesemachinescanalsobeusedforspinningothervegetablessuchasspinach,watercress,radish,Frenchbeans,etc.Themachinescoveredbythisdocumentarenotintendedtobecleanedwithwaterjet.!ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttosaladdryers,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4)."NOTEIfthemachineisnotusedunderaboveconditions,themanufacturershouldverify,whenheisinformedofsuchsituation,ifthepreventivemeasuresremainvalid(see3.22ofENISO12100-1:2003).Thefeedingprincipleofthemachinecanbenotably:?manualloadingintothebasketleftinpositioninthemachine;?placinginandwithdrawalfromthemachineoftheloadedbasket.1.2Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardwithsaladdryers.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthesemachinesisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisproposedinAnnexA.1.3Vibrationsarenotconsideredasahazardwiththesemachines.1.4ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletothemachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
