【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivestherulesforallpowerresistors(forexample,braking,heating,snubberandfilter)usedinthepowerandauxiliarycircuitsonboardrollingstockirrespectiveofthecircuitandthetypeofvehiclewheretheyareused.Theseresistorsaregenerallyofopenconstructionandareusedinpollutedareas.Theconstructionconsistsofresistorelementsofgrids,plates,strips,ribbonsorwires.NOTECertainoftheserulesmay,afteragreementbetweenuserandmanufacturer,beusedforelectricalequipmentinstalledonothervehiclessuchasminelocomotives,trolleybuses,etc.Thisstandardstates-thecharacteristicsoftheresistors;-theserviceconditionswithwhichthepowerresistorshavetocomply;-thetestsintendedforconfirmingthattheseconditionshavebeenmetandthemethodstobeadoptedforthesetests;-theinformationtobemarkedon,orgivenwith,theresistors.ThisstandarddoesnotgiverequirementsrelatingtogeneralserviceconditionsandgeneralruleswhicharegiveninIEC60077-1.TheobjectofthisstandardistoadaptthegeneralrulesgiveninIEC60077-1topowerresistorsforrollingstockinordertoobtainuniformityofrequirementsandteststhroughoutthecorrespondingrangeofcomponentsandtoavoidtheneedfortestingtotwodifferentstandards.
