【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReport:-establishesguidelinesforcreatingandmaintainingrecordsindigitalformatonly,wheretheoriginalpaper,orothernon-digitalsourcerecord,hasbeencopiedbydigitizing;-establishesbestpracticeguidelinesfordigitizationtoensurethetrustworthinessandreliabilityofrecordsandenableconsiderationofdisposalofthenon-digitalsourcerecords;-establishesbestpracticeguidelinesforthetrustworthinessofthedigitizedrecordswhichmayimpactonthelegaladmissibilityandevidentialweightofsuchrecords;-establishesbestpracticeguidelinesfortheaccessibilityofdigitizedrecordsforaslongastheyarerequired;-specifiesstrategiestoassistincreatingdigitizedrecordsfitforlong-termretention;-establishesbestpracticeguidelinesforthemanagementofnon-digitalsourcerecordsfollowingdigitization.ThisTechnicalReportisapplicableforuseinthedesignandconductofresponsibledigitizationbyallorganizationsundertakingdigitization,eitherbusinessprocessdigitizationorbackcapturedigitizationprojectsforrecordsmanagementpurposes,asoutlinedinISO15489-1:2001andISO/TR15801:2009.ThisTechnicalReportisnotapplicableto:a)captureandmanagementofborn-digitalrecords;b)technicalspecificationsforthedigitalcaptureofrecords;c)proceduresformakingdecisionsaboutrecords'eventualdisposition;d)technicalspecificationsforthelong-termpreservationofdigitalrecords;e)digitizationofexistingarchivalholdingsforpreservationpurposes.
